We of the WJW, the Wiesbaden Youth Workshop gGmbH, are a training and employment company with around 190 employees, who at two locations qualified about 500 trainees and participants in measures in 25 different occupations. For this purpose, we maintain several artisanal training workshops, an agricultural production plant, two gastronomy facilities and several shops. To strengthen our team we are looking for a full or part-time (at least 30 hours a week) Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Respectful and careful leadership of a pedagogical team of employees with different previous knowledge and professions Coordination, implementation and organisation of education Conceptual development of existing measures in a pedagogical management team Cooperation with cost companies and network partners Implementation and further development of processes within the framework of quality management Creation of action reports, evaluations, etc.

Applicable completed university studies (Master, Diploma, Lehramt or equivalent degree) capable of carrying out the above-mentioned tasks Multiannual experience in a senior position in the aforementioned tasks Professional experience in leading a multi-professional team Collaborative, friendly and integrating leadership style that takes into consideration the pedagogical success of the measures as well as the economic success of WJW Careful, structured and independent operation High flexibility, competencies in conflict resolution and readiness to perform and use Very good communication talent Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
