Sales assistant with room for manoeuvre (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the SAP contract management – from the installation of new customer contracts to the ongoing testing, adaptation and processing of existing contracts You process annual planning and template data You prepare the contract billing independently and carry it on your own You take over the administrative order clarification (contract and accounting structure) and advise our customers in coordination with the Account Management You carry out continuous plausibility checks of the contract data and ensure a correct and transparent image in SAP For the ongoing care and qualification of customer master and contact data as well as contact and address data in SAP / the CRM You process invoice complaints on your own, analyze the causes and start credits, cancellations and refunds You implement system-technical adaptations and innovations in SAP, the CRM and the electronic customer file You actively propose improvements to optimize SAP applications and internal processes

You bring a high level of responsibility, accuracy, reliability and liability You work independently and prioritize your tasks structured and efficient You have pronounced analytical thinking You trade customer-oriented and have a good sense of service and quality You convince by team skills You have good knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel Ideally you have first experiences with SAP
