You are responsible for the timely and correct creation of bills to customers and department stores as well as the deposit of the expected costs per shipment in the system You check the receipts of our shipping companies/partners as well as Intercompany invoices/profit shares from overseas and release them for booking You are responsible for the control and testing of all shipments and the timely monthly accounts You check and edit Loss-files and coordinate inconsistencies with the Area Operation Teams You are working on invoice complaints in close coordination with the area operation and customer service team

You have completed your commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding/logistics, and have collected first experience in the field of Operational Accounting/Sea Freight You have a strong numerical affinity and analytical skills You are flexible and resilient and have good time management You are very safe in handling MS Office programs, especially Excel Intercultural competence and good English skills in word and writing complete your profile
