Coordination, guidance and participation in the development of technical building equipment planning in close coordination and cooperation with the internal construction and planning stakeholders Planning from concept creation to execution Value engineering for offers and execution projects Professional leadership of internal specialist and system planners:inside Coordination of plant and assembly planning with external construction and planning participants Support for operational units in acquisition and procurement

Completed studies or technician training in the field of supply technology, building technology, heating ventilation sanitary climate (HLSK) or electrical engineering Experience in the planning and execution of building equipment Good knowledge in the relevant technical regulations (DIN, VDI) and in contract law (VOB) Cross-company knowledge in turnkey construction Knowledge of all performance phases of HOAI Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge is desirable Secure handling of MS-Office, CAD applications (AutoCAD-MEP), common design software and user knowledge in the RIBiTWO tendering software
