Senior Manager (m/w/d) - Finance Integration & Transformation

As Senior Manager (m/w/d) - Finance Integration, you play a central role in building our group-wide finance function. You report to our VP Finance operation and work closely with our Director FP&A, our CFO, as well as the managing directors of our subsidiaries and ensure that group-wide finance processes, standards and projects are successfully implemented.

You develop our finance organization in a targeted way: you coordinate finance projects, accompany the integration of new companies, harmonize processes and create the basis for a scalable finance platform. We need your support for that!

The Arsipa Group is a rapidly growing group of companies in the field of Health, Safety & Environment, supported by Warburg Pincus. With more than 1,000 employees, 20+ subsidiaries and 48 locations in Germany and Austria, we are building a scalable platform with sustainable value added as part of a clear buy-and-bone strategy. Our goal: one of the leading providers in the German-speaking market - supported by central functions such as finance, HR, marketing and IT at the Berlin site.

Finance Integration & Project Management: Management of financial integration of new subsidiaries as part of our buy-&-build strategy.

Control and coordination of group-wide finance projects and integration initiatives.

Accompanying our subsidiaries in the introduction and implementation of group-wide finance processes, standards and systems

Tracing measures, ensuring project progress and active escalation management.

Cooperation & Standardization: Close cooperation with our VP Finance Operations, our Director FP&A, our CFO as well as the Managing Directors and Finance teams of our subsidiaries.

Support in the introduction and further development of finance standards, processes and reporting structures.

Coordination between Group Accounting, Group Controlling / FP&A and the local companies.

Identification and implementation of optimization potentials within our finance landscape.

That's what you bring: Multiannual professional experience in the finance environment with a sound understanding of accounting and/or controlling processes.

Experience in the independent control of cross-departmental projects as well as in the sovereign handling of different stakeholders.

Impressed communication and organisational capacity and joy in actively promoting change and bringing together different interests.

A structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working as well as fluent German and good English skills.

This helps you to succeed faster: Experience in Finance Transformation, Finance Excellence, CFO Office or Consulting.

Knowledge and practical experience in post-Merger integration (PMI).

Experience in a PE-financed or high-growth business environment.
