Inside Sales Specialist Tender (m/f/d)

In this role, you are the central player for the processing and distribution of Microsoft licensing and solution concepts in the public environment. You are analysing complex tenders, developing economically viable supply strategies and accompanying the creation of award-compliant offers in close cooperation with internal departments. You connect Microsoft Licensing, cloud solutions, procurement and sales expertise to convincing customer solutions. You analyze, evaluate and process tender and award documents for licensing, technical and commercial requirements You create, optimize and tune Microsoft's license and solution concepts for public tenders, framework contracts and individual awards You translate complex procurement requirements into economically viable, formally correct and sales convincing supply components You work closely with Bid Management, Account Management, Departments and Internal Specialists and ensure on-time and high-quality supply creation You accompany customers in the area of Microsoft licensing, cloud and solution distribution, and you can take on offer strategies for the Public Sector, taking into account contract models, award criteria and legal framework conditions

You have a completed commercial, business or technical training or a comparable study and brings professional experience in Microsoft licensing, IT solution distribution, bid management or a comparable environment with You have a well-founded understanding of Microsoft licensing models, contract works, cloud and subscription scenarios as well as their application in the public sector and award environment You have ideally experience in the analysis and processing of tender documents as well as in the handling of formal procurement requirements, deadlines and procurement processes You convince by a pronounced analytical understanding, high care and a structured and quality-conscious way of working, in particular in the case of terminological tendering processes You are characterized by strong communication skills, team orientation and a sovereign appearance towards customers, manufacturers and internal stakeholders and have very good German skills, complemented by English knowledge of advantage
