In the field of IT service management, especially in the team “ITSM – System, Data, Processes” there is an interesting and challenging working environment. Our activities focus on the planning, development and operation of our BMC Helix ITSM platform (Remedy), as well as the analysis, standardization/digitalization and optimization of existing processes, in particular from the user's point of view.

Coordinating and realizing complex system adaptations Responding to and ensuring the functionality of our BMC Helix ITSM platform (Remedy): ITSM, Digital Workplace Advanced, CMDB/Asset, Discovery and interfaces to external systems (Java/Groovy based) Analyze highly complex error constellations in the area of responsibility Planning, designing and documenting IT operations Implementation and control of IT security measures Conception and coordination of the use of comprehensive IT systems/ IT services Provide and implement IT systems/ IT services Optimize and develop IT systems A flexible working time design, in urgent cases also outside the working hours regulated in the service agreement (for example on weekends) is necessary.
