Trainee - Property Management (m/f/d)

We prepare you in practice for the later tasks as an object manager in the facility management (e.g. execution and responsibility of the object management at tactical level as a central contact person, coordination and securing maintenance measures to ensure the delegated operator obligations as well as advisory function to the owner, etc.).

You accompany experienced project managers and perform tasks in ongoing projects.

You develop your own expertise, methods, social and personality skills.

You have completed your studies in the field of facility management, real estate management, economic engineering, civil engineering, project management (construction), house and utility technology, cleaning and hygiene management, service management or have a technical training (e.g. plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and climate engineering (SHK), mechatronics for refrigeration, electronics for building and infrastructure systems, electricians for energy and building engineering,

You are also welcome as a cross-release. You have ideally first professional experiences.

You have the motivation to further develop your own personality and knowledge in the FM and thus lay the foundation for a later career in the FM.

Your work is structured and independent. A class B driving license (old 3) completes your profile.
