Quality Manager for Customer Projects (m/f/d)

• Total responsibility for QM components in large-scale projects in the field of communication systems with high technical complexity

• Cross-site contact for the customer and the project participants in all aspects of quality management

• clarification and evaluation of customer quality requirements during the supply phase in close cooperation with the sales team

• Responsible for the design and compliance of quality standards in the handling of customer projects

• Responsibility for meeting the quality criteria and coordination of the necessary steps for successful customer acceptance

• Active stakeholder management through cross-functional cooperation with internal and external bodies

• Development of strategic approaches to quality assurance and active participation in the strategic orientation of quality management in the field of customer projects

• Complete study in the field of electrical engineering, engineering or in a related field

• Multiannual professional experience in quality management and project management, in particular in the handling of complex customer projects

• expert knowledge in handling quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 9001 / MIL-STD-810 / MIL-STD-461 and their practical application

• Knowledge of statistical analysis methods, risk management and problem solving techniques

• Excellent communication skills in word and writing as well as skills in coaching

• English language skills

• Ability to work effectively in the team to achieve a common goal
