You are responsible for operating as well as strategic CRM management and will continue to control and develop our campaign management – including automation, segmentation and personalization. You run the CRM team both professionally and disciplinaryly and create a motivating, powerful environment. You work closely with shop management, performance marketing, brand marketing, IT as well as category management and shape cross-channel CRM experiences. You take responsibility in the day-to-day business, actively engage yourself and implement key projects that measurably improve our customer journey. You drive data-driven processes and the use of technical possibilities (e.g. DWH, CRM systems). You will ensure the further development and scaling of our Loyalty program BLUMECARD – with a focus on customer value enhancement, repurchase rate and omnichannel firm.
You bring a completed study – ideally focusing on CRM, marketing or data management. You have extensive experience in CRM systems – ideally Emarsys – and want to actively develop our systems. You have ideally already gained first leadership experience in the CRM, Campaign Management or Loyalty environment.
