What awaits you: As an intern (m/w/d) in the field of Human Resources, you support HR-Business Partners in advising executives around the employee-life cycle and gain insights into all HR areas. You accompany national and international projects from the concept phase to the implementation (e.g. harmonisation of global HR processes). You carry out the Recruiting process for your:n successor:in and actively shape our Vodafone Spirit. Individual measures are implemented independently (from the hearing of the works council to the order at the shared service center). You help to carry out personal evaluations and statistics.

What distinguishes you: You're either immatricated or just in a Gap Year. You are studying business/people economics, psychology, pedagogy or a comparable subject with good degree. With first knowledge in MS-Office and MS Teams, you drive your themes forward. It's a good organizational ability that distinguishes you. You speak German and English. You live with us the Vodafone Spirit, are committed, open and are looking for new challenges.
