Your tasks:

• Responsibility for planning, tendering and awarding of planning services
• Monitoring and reduction of reconstruction, modernization and renovation projects
• Implementation of economic analysis
• Creation of decision documents for modification, reconstruction and renovation projects
• Ensuring compliance with structural and technical standards
• Documentation of the building stock in the relevant systems
• Enforcement of warranty claims
• Ensuring compliance with fire protection and legal regulations

Your qualifications:

• Complete studies in civil engineering or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in project management
• Knowledge of tendering and award procedures and construction monitoring
• Experience with cost-effectiveness analyses and decision templates
• Knowledge of building physics standards
• Experience in the documentation of the building stock
• Knowledge of fire protection requirements
