In-house technician (m/f/d)

The CinemaxX Group currently operates 34 cinemas in Germany and Denmark and, with around 1300 employees in Germany, is one of the largest and most famous cinema operators in the market. CinemaxX itself belongs to the Vue Entertainment Group, a globally successful operator and developer of modern, innovative multiplex cinemas. From the headquarters in Hamburg, under the umbrella of CinemaxX Entertainment GmbH & Co. KG, all activities for the individual cinemas are controlled.

For our CinemaxX in Kiel you will find a full-time 39 hours/week

Your tasks:

As a home technician, you are part of the management team of the cinema and the theatre manager. The tasks of the home technician include:

Operation, maintenance of the building equipment (e.g. electrical installations, BMA, ELA, safety lighting, RLT/RWA, GLT, MSR, refrigeration systems) incl. recurring maintenance and SV testing Implementation of general renovation, repair and construction work ensuring cleanliness and functioning of the devices (heating, ventilation, sanitary, lighting and projection) Troubleshooting and Removal Inspection tours and documentation Acquisition and review of cost proposals Monitoring the work of foreign companies Technical support of special events Acquisition and review of cost proposals independent control of the plants

Your profile:

Complete craft training in the field of electrical engineering desirable All-round power with basic craftsmanship Professional experience in electrical and ventilation technology Basic knowledge of measurement, control and control technology (MSR) Basic knowledge of the operation of building control technology (GLT) Customer and service-oriented thinking and acting safe use of common MS Office applications willingness to be active in exchange, in the evening hours and, if necessary, on weekends and on holidays
