What do you expect as a trainee? A well-founded entry program with a duration of about 18 months (depending on previous knowledge) with the aim of being an insurance specialist for industrial insurance & precaution. The contents of the entry program are defined individually depending on the training and expertise. What are your goals? To accompany the entire care of our commercial customers in the insurance and precautionary area as a co-consultant. to develop and implement solutions in the insurance sector independently. As a co-consultant, you work closely with the relevant business customer consultants. Who we wish: You have successfully completed a training as a merchant for insurance and finance, insurance specialist (IHK) or a comparable qualification. You are interested in commercial insurance products and precautionary products. You bring first experiences in private insurance business. You have pronounced sales skills and high communication skills. You are flexible in terms of time and in possession of the class B licence.
