You guide our project managers professionally and organizationally and give you guidance and create clear responsibilities. You make sure that decisions are made where You are needed, and that you can support efficient cooperation within the project teams. You keep an eye on our entire building project portfolio and control over costs, dates, quality and available capacities. You recognize risks early on and take action when projects deviate from the planned course. You support critical project situations and meet the necessary technical, economic or contractual decisions. You coordinate the use of internal teams as well as external partners at the higher level and ensure optimal resource management. You create transparency about project status and prepare the essential technical and economic topics for management. You work closely with the existing management and take progressively further responsibility for the technical field. Your focus is on the successful implementation, control and further development of our construction area. The acquisition of new projects is expressly not part of your task.

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable technical qualification. Multiannual experience in managing demanding construction projects. Management experience or strong competence in the professional management of project teams. Very good understanding of technical, economic and contractual relationships in construction. Impressed decision strength, sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking. Structured, solution-oriented operation and a sovereign occurrence. Communication strength and the ability to bring together different interests in a targeted manner.
