You will support research and development in order to promote the driving of unmanned driving in the Mongolian context. Your focus is on the research and development of simulation models for the design and evaluation of vehicle control algorithms. You will participate in the validation of the developed simulation models using real measurement data and support their integration into a simulation environment. In addition, you will gain insights into research projects on autonomous driving in the mili­cal environment and support for national and inter­national field testing and competition.

You are a enrolled student (m/w/d) of infor­mation, engineering or a comparable subject, ideally in the master. You have good programming skills in Python or C++. At best, you will learn about 3D simulation environments such as Gazebo, vehicle dynamics, vehicle controls and the Robot Operating System (ROS / ROS2). You can also convince yourself by a self-contained and structured way of work.
