Caretaker (m/f/d)

For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a homemaster (m/w/d) in full time in Triptis, mobility with driver's license and passenger cars.

Your tasks:

• Repair work: small repairs and craftsmanship work on buildings and facilities.
• Haustechnik: Control of technical systems and ensuring the functionality of building technology.
• Maintenance: Monitoring of maintenance intervals and coordination with external service providers.
• Building support: implementation of general mastery activities and support in facility management.

They bring with them:

• Experience: Practical experience in the above-mentioned tasks in the field of master care or building care.
• Expertise: technical understanding and craftsmanship.
• Language knowledge: German knowledge required for understanding in the working environment.
• Mobility: Class B and passenger car driving licence required to reach the workplace.
