Trainee FOCUS Risk Management, Regulatory & Business Analysis (m/f/d)

The trainee program FOKUS lasts 9 months and prepares you for a clearly defined target position according to the program. At least three months you rotate through various departments to gain exciting insights. So you can develop professionally, deepen your knowledge and build the expertise that is important to your subject area. The Zukunftsschmiede Campus supports you during the trainee program to expand your overtime skills, quickly take responsibility in your target position and network you in the company. The segment management and development department in the Fund Services segment deals with risk and compliance issues as well as the analysis and optimization of business-wide processes. In the team we help you grow into the various tasks: Responsibility for the monitoring of legal standards including examination of relevant documents in cooperation with specialist areas in the segment Conducting complex analyses on new regulatory requirements (e.g. MaRisk) Support in the further development of affected processes, requirement definitions, tests and maintenance of internal work instructions Close cooperation with customer areas, risk management, compliance, law and revision Participation in internal and external audits (e.g. BaFin, auditor, internal audit)

You will qualify for this program if you bring: (already soon) completed studies of law, economic law, financial market law or comparable Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial sector and initial experience in compliance, risk management or regulatory issues Communication strength and safe occurrence Safe handling of databases and research tools as well as pronounced analytical thinking and sense of responsibility Flowing German and English skills Our future forging focuses on personal care, change and agility, great practicality and a culture of doing.
