Successfully completed law-scientific studies with second state exams (Fulljurist:in), ideally focusing on health, social or administrative law Multiannual relevant professional experience (at least 5 years), of which at least 1–2 years in health care, preferably with a statutory health insurance fund, a social security system, an association or a public institution with health care, as well as proven leadership experience with professional and disciplinary responsibility Knowledge of structures, actors and decision-making processes in the German health and social security system Impressed strategic and conceptual skills as well as a very good political and organizational judgment Strong analytical thinking capacity as well as a structured, independent and result-oriented operation Excellent oral and written communication skills, negotiation skills and a sovereign appearance on board, committee and political level High level of initiative, resilience, discretion as well as strong organisational and team capacity
