With the help of your expertise, you professionally support our global customers from the (bio) pharmaceutical and medical technology industry. The position must first be fixed for one year and requires your expertise directly on site in Harsewinkel. Together we're on it!

Professionele Customer Consulting: You contact customers by phone (outbound) or in writing (in- and outbound) in German and English and help to solve uncertainties regarding unpaid invoices You do not miss anything: You document the conversations and agreements you have made in the systems we use Commercial expertise: You prepare carefully before a customer talk and can track open items, outstanding returns, credits and debits as well as explain Close to the customer: With your professional expertise, you support your leadership in customer appointments

Open and service- and customer-oriented personality that convinces with motivation and commitment Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector or cross-enterprises (m/w/x) with several years of experience in the commercial sector Very good knowledge of German and English Good MS Office knowledge Understanding mathematical relationships, independent operation and interest in telephone and written customer contact
