Content & SEO Manager (m/f/d)

Strategic and operational responsibility for content management and visibility of the SmarAct Group website in close coordination with the business areas, product management, marketing, PR and recruiting. Coordination, preparation and further development of content, in consultation with the responsible product managers:inside and market managers, including structuring and digital processing. Continuous development and maintenance of an increasingly multilingual website, including information architecture, landing pages and conversion thread. Development and implementation of target group-specific landing pages for different stakeholders such as customers, applicants:inside or public Ensuring the visibility of SmarAct in classic search engines as well as in AI-based search and response systems (e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini). Coordination and control of an external web agency (CMS operation, updates, technical developments). Organisation and quality assurance of translation activities in cooperation with native speakers: internal experts. Responsibility for website testing, web analysis and ensuring consistent and contemporary user experience. Instructions and professional support of work students, incl. Definition of clearly defined tasks, briefings and quality assurance.

Multiannual experience in website management, ideally in the B2B or technology-driven environment; Experience with Contao or comparable CMS of advantage. Very good knowledge of SEO as well as a clear understanding of GEO / visibility in AI-based search systems (e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.). Ability to translate different requirements from multiple business units, product groups and application fields into a clear, user-oriented and high- conversion website. Experience in the design and optimization of performant landing pages Safe handling of web analysis tools for success control and continuous optimization. Representative team and communication skills as well as experience in interdisciplinary cooperation with internal stakeholders and external partners. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Self-employed, structured and targeted working with analytical, conceptual thinking and pronounced hand-on mentality.
