Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Arnstadt You carry out preparatory activities for monthly pay billing and support the implementation of organisational changes.

You prepare individual personnel measures, exit and entry processes and ensure implementation together with the HR Service.

You are the contact person for employees and executives in all aspects of the operational personnel business and support the implementation of all personnel processes.

You support the creation of individual contract documents (e.g. employment contracts, certificates).

Training: completed commercial training with additional subject-specific supplementary qualification (e.g. farmer) or comparable qualification, professional experience desirable

Personality and Operation: communicative, flexible, committed, customer-oriented, independent and structured

Qualification: safe in dealing with MS Office, SAP knowledge desirable and preferably knowledge in the application of collective agreements (e.g. metal and electrical industries)
