Manager Strategic Controlling (m/f/d)

You are a Sparring partner, analyst and motivator in one, working on strategically relevant financial issues and moving at the interface of corporate governance, capital market, liquidity and strategic development You develop M&A analyses and accompany due diligence processes in potential acquisitions, investments or collaborations You develop our capital market reporting and prepare content for internal and external stakeholders in a manner that is addressable You carry out peer group and benchmark analyses and derive sound action options You define and sharpen control-relevant KPIs and help translate financial developments into a convincing external storyline You develop methods and approaches for a resilient guidance management You perform tasks in liquidity controlling and contribute to transparency, planning and management of financial resources You support board and management with meaningful analyses, basis of decision, presentations and strategic recommendations You actively shape processes, methods and instruments of strategic controlling

You have studied economics, finance, economic mathematics or a comparable subject and have already collected several years of relevant experience in strategic controlling, corporate finance, M&A, investor relations, investment banking or a similar environment You have a pronounced analytical numerical understanding as well as very good knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint You bring experience with company key figures, financial models, business cases and address-oriented financial and management communication with You have the pleasure of complex relationships and can present them in a comprehensible, precise and convincing way You trade independently, structured and result-oriented and value cooperation with open and intelligent people You can communicate safely in German and English
