The function is responsible for building up, developing and implementing budget planning and ongoing budget controlling of central IT. It also supports management in the field of professional topics of the daily business.

A close cooperation with the various departments and teams of the Centre for Information and Communication is being undertaken. The agency is responsible for the budget controlling of the central IT of the University Hospital Ulm and supports the controlling of the company-wide IT budget. The role is located in the Centre for Information and Communication (ZIK) and reports directly to the CIO of the University Hospital.

Development, development and implementation of budget planning and budget controlling for central IT Conception, establishment and maintenance of IT reporting, forecasts and deviation analyses Development and implementation of economic considerations and project-related IT controlling Preparation of decision-relevant documents and analyses Adhoc analyses, reports and evaluations on current economic and control-relevant issues Analysis and assessment of personnel capacities, budgets and qualification requirements for the preparation of job processes

Qualification: Completed studies (e.g. BWL, controlling, business informatics) or comparable qualification Experience in controlling, project controlling as well as in budget planning and cost-effectiveness analyses, ideally in public or clinical environments Experience with controlling instruments, reporting and key figures development Secure handling of MS Excel, experience in SAP are beneficial Understanding digitalization projects and funding via healthcare funding are advantageous Personal competencies: Very good analytical, structured and solution-oriented skills Ability to prepare complex facts for management High communication competence and safe occurrence Self-responsible, independent working High reliability and quality awareness Joy of teamwork and cross-departmental cooperation
