You think interior design new – user-focused, functional and looking into the future? Then come to us and take responsibility for the consulting, planning and implementation of our projects – from the first concept to the realization. As an experienced project management, you develop solutions that combine user needs, functionality and aesthetics. In interdisciplinary teams, you support well-known customers from various industries and translate requirements and potentials into tailor-made concepts. Responsible management of demanding projects in the area of office, housing and retail – from demand analysis to implementation (all performance phases) Professional leadership of project teams with up to 2-4 planners:inside User advice on building and planning related topics (e.g. working methods, modularity, interior design, ergonomics, sustainability) in the field of interior design and interior design Analysis and documentation of user requirements in a variety of usage contexts (e.g. office, education) as well as the creation of demand-related inventory analyses Organisation and moderation of workshops with user groups for the collection and validation of requirements Total responsibility for project processing, from offer to billing incl. Date, quality and cost management as well as active contribution to the further development of our performance portfolio including Tools Close cooperation with user and contractor representatives and support in new customer acquisitions

Complete study of architecture, interior architecture or a comparable qualification At least 7 years of professional experience in consulting and planning, of which at least 4 years of project management and professional leadership experience Used in handling CAD software (ideally Revit), Microsoft Office and digital tools for determining needs German and English knowledge in word and writing readiness to project-dependent travel Creativity, technical understanding and experience in the planning and control of sophisticated interior design projects and enthusiasm for modern working environments Embossed conceptual and organizational skills as well as safe occurrence in consulting, negotiation and customer communication
