About 600 experts in department coordination, real estate management, portfolio management, building and building management as well as environmental and energy management support our diverse portfolio over the entire life cycle. The future-oriented large-scale project -Campus Nestorstraße - is divided into an office building with 1,900 jobs and the modernization of our training center for 850 students, in total approx. 100.000qm BGF. In addition, the new construction of an energy center is planned for the sustainable supply of our locations in Berlin Wilmersdorf. In a special position of trust, you take over the overall project management of these measures as a contractor representation and are ready to take new paths together with us. Your tasks focus on: Ensuring project success: As a contractor's representative, you are responsible for the holistic, budget- and time-saving implementation of the construction project. You ensure the red thread and a uniform alignment of the three Partial projects. Technical and disciplinary management: You lead the employees of the subprojects (ingenieurs and architects) set clear priorities, manage the use of resources and develop synergy effects between subprojects. Accompanying modern procurement procedures: taxes of the TU/TÜ procurement procedures from tender preparation to tender assessment, including close cooperation with the project teams and our awarding agency. Coordination of project interfaces: coordination of all internal and external stakeholders and moderation of project meetings. Whether technical requirements or conflict of objectives, you will find a coordinated solution at a time and communicate it transparently to all stakeholders.

Your expertise and extensive project experience bring you pragmatically and thoroughly, combining strategic thinking with targeted action. In addition, you have: A successfully completed scientific higher education: Academic degree Master / Diploma University in a task-relevant discipline, e.g. architecture or civil engineering Long-term experience in the management of large-scale construction projects: at least 5 years of leadership experience in large-scale construction projects, from 50,000 square meters of BGF, ideally in the three-digit million range combined with the coordination of several subprojects. TU / TÜ Experience: The project is implemented by a TU / TÜ award, which is why we wish to have a reliable experience with TU / TÜ models.
