On behalf of our customer, we are looking at the location of Leinfelden-Echterdingen or Stuttgart several IT-Rollout assistants (m/w/d) and IT Rollout Techniker (m/w/d) mit Reisewill im Raum Baden-Württemberg.

ASSESSMENT

• Construction and degradation of hardware components (e.g. PC, notebook, monitors, periphery)
• Instruction of users in the systems / jobs provided
• On-site error analysis as well as initial solutions in on-site support
• forwarding of disturbances to downstream units (e.g. 2nd level support / specialist departments) incl. clean documentation

REQUIREMENTS

• Embossed IT affinity and experience in rollouts and installations (Client / Workplace environment)
• Secure handling of Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office
• Advanced knowledge of common standard hardware (workplace / periphery)
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1)
• Driving license class B (also license class C1 / truck)
• Readiness to travel in the area of Baden-Württemberg is absolutely necessary
• Regular nights (under week) are provided

• fixed monthly salary including over-tariff payment
