Expert Learning & Development - limited to 1 year (m/f/d)

You are an expert in digital learning at Deichmann and develop eTrainings, presence trainings and blended learning concepts. You are responsible for the independent implementation via various learning media such as e.g. explaining videos and subscriber documents. You are also constantly developing our Learning Management System (LMS). You control the administration and support of LMS users for all target groups. You create a future-oriented learning culture and develop scalable skills concepts for our employees in the Sales-& Logistik area as well as in the headquarters, e.g. in the context of digitalization. You accompany operational and strategic (partial) projects in personnel development (e.g. ability in large digital projects such as the rollout of S/4 HANA or SAP Success Factors). You advise selected areas of expertise in individual development projects (e.g. digital learning initiatives, team workshops or specialist training

You will bring a completed study in the field of economic psychology, human resources development or a comparable field of expertise and have corresponding professional experience that goes beyond internships. Ideally, you have first experience in retail. You are characterized by a high level of team capacity and convince in the management of heterogeneous stakeholders. You bring creative conceptual thinking, think processes strategically (further) and at the same time have a good sense of pragmatic solution-oriented implementation. You have an affinity for digital learning media as well as digital collaboration and are safe to handle the MS Office products. Your work is characterised by careful and structured work, self-employment and a hand-on mentality. You have very good knowledge of German and master the English language in word and writing.
