Our client is an owner-managed and medium-sized company in the Cologne / Bonn region, which processes and sells products for the electronics industry that are technically in need of explanation. To support the sales department, we are looking for an employee Inside Sales / Customer Support (m/w/d). In this responsible position, you impart high expertise and strengthen customer relationship through service-oriented offering and order processing. Costing, creation and maintenance of offers and price lists incl. Review of the offers and their evaluation Creation and dispatch of order confirmations, invoices and credits Determination of the material availability and timing for production planning Logistic handling and delivery monitoring incl. Export (EU / third countries) Maintenance of system-relevant master data such as prices, article numbers, piece lists Creation and maintenance of target-actual analyses and evaluations German and foreign language correspondence and occasional administrative support of sales Participation in trade fair appearances and customer support on site

completed studies, a completed commercial or technical training; as an alternative to a similar qualification First professional experience in the sales service; at best in the production environment Independent working, customer and service orientation Embossed problem solution orientation and high self-motivation Teamability, communication strength and reliability Very good knowledge of MS-Office; Experience with ERP systems is desirable Secure knowledge of English in word and writing
