Number: MER0003XDS Be part of the digital revolution at Mercedes-Benz! Our area MO/ETS designes and controls digitization in the global production network of Mercedes-Benz Cars Operations (MO). MO360 is the digital backbone of our vehicle production and increases the efficiency and quality of our processes through advanced technologies. A central focus Your activity will be to advance the Harmonized Capacity Control (HCC) project. HCC is a multi-site project for the implementation of uniform processes for E2E capacity control and therefore an important component for efficiency in production. You conduct interviews with process partners and define the interaction for the overall process. You will continue to announce the project in the Group and develop and implement marketing and communication measures Within this ecosystem you will also support the MO360 Rollout & Governance Team. What does rollout and governance mean in the MO360 environment? The rollout refers to the introduction and implementation of MO360 applications and systems in the Mercedes-Benz production plants worldwide. This includes the complete preparation of a rollout, including agreements with works, process assessment and project management. The rollout process ensures that new technologies and systems are integrated efficiently and successfully into existing production processes. Governance refers to the control and monitoring of these processes to ensure the function within production planning. This includes the preparation, logging and follow-up of bodies, as well as ensuring that all parties comply with the specified rules and processes. Governance ensures that the implementation and use of the MO360 systems is consistent and effective. Your tasks: Brand communication and marketing conception for the personal control system

Process description and definition of game rules for digital personal control systems

Interviews with process managers and further development of process descriptions

Cooperation with IT, HR, production and other fields

Support for rollout and governance of MO360

Care of rollouts on site

Support for project management to introduce MO360 products

Organisation and coordination of workshops and training

Cooperation with stakeholders from IT, production, powertrain, supply chain and quality

Preparation and maintenance of bodies

Creation and maintenance of presentations and reports in PowerPoint and Excel
