During your 3.5-year dual study in our Cost Controlling department at our site in Duisburg, you will learn everything important for your future task at TARGOBANK. You bring an affinity for numbers and enjoy analytical activities. Already during your studies, you have the opportunity to actively work with the tasks of your home department and to bring your ideas into independent projects. You actively shape the future of TARGOBANK and work on one of our most important goals - a high customer satisfaction. And even after your dual studies, you can go your way with us - for example as an analystin or project managerin.

After your apprenticeship or specialist with business orientation, we make you fit for your professional career. On three days a week you will learn everything you need in your home department. You carry out analyses and evaluations of costs (budgets/expenditures) and assist in coordination with the departments on the costs of the bank. This includes the creation of reports and presentations as well as the co-design of meetings with the respective departments. On two days a week you will be studying at the FOM in Düsseldorf. And because you simply learn the most in practice, you are part of the team from the first day and you can try the learned directly.

Bachelor's degree: After studying for 3.5 years, you will receive a Bachelor degree, valuable professional experience included. College: You are studying at the FOM in Düsseldorf on 2 days a week. The remaining 3 days a week you are actively working in your department. Tuition fees: We take your tuition fees. Compensation: 1st year: €1,350; 2nd year: €1,420; 3rd year: € 1,500; 4th year: € 1,590. Holiday: 30 days a year Education grant: You will receive an educational grant for e.g. a tablet to use our digital learning offer.
