Your tasks – Responsibility from the beginning

• You conduct your branch independently and independently – with the support of the regional sales management.
• You motivate and guide your team together, are a model and create a positive and pleasant working atmosphere.
• You plan personnel deployment, set up schedules and ensure that enough team members are always ready for a smooth run.
• You take all tasks from A to Z:
• You advise and serve our customers cordially and competently
• You bake fresh rolls and baked goods daily
• You prepare delicious snacks and coffee specialities
• You make the product presentation appealing, so customers like to buy
• You clean and care the branch so that it invites you to stay
• You order the goods as needed
• You monitor the business performance of your branch and optimize the costs to achieve the defined goals.
• You pay attention to the implementation of hygiene regulations and corporate standards so that our customers enjoy the usual quality at all times.

Your profile – Enthusiasm and potential count

• You bring at least 3 years of sales experience. (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification is a plus, but not a must. Count your skills and commitment – whether you are doing the next career step or you already have first leadership experience.
• You're a passionate host and you're enjoying customer contact.
• You also keep an overview in stressful situations and use your sales experience as a foundation for success.
• You know with common key figures and trade economically.
• You work reliably in changing working hours, including shift and Sunday and holiday work.
• You bring first leadership experience, but no need – we accompany you step by step on the way to the branch line.
• You like to take responsibility, introduce your knowledge and develop your team.
