Compliance Manager (m/w/d)

You continue to operate and develop our compliance management system and implement the regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA). You perform control activities in the context of the internal control system (IKS) and document them. You regularly tune with adjacent functional areas of the GRC area (Governance, Risk & Compliance) to make processes efficient. You take care of a consistent and consistent documentation. You are also responsible for the operation of our outsourcing and data protection management system and ensure that all regulatory standards are met.

You have experience in compliance, governance, risk management or in a comparable environment. You have profound knowledge of the GDPR and the DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act). You ideally have a degree in VWL, BWL, law or a comparable qualification. You have good general expertise in regulatory and a sense of legal and supervisory requirements. You speak fluent German and have good English skills. You are fit in handling MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You work independently, think conceptually and analytically, and at the same time bring a good portion of communication strength.
