Nursing management of our palliative care unit (m/f/d)

Rather, it is a holistic care that, in addition to medical care, also includes the psychological and social support of the affected persons. Our goal is to accompany our patients in such a way that You can cope with their situation as best as possible and maintain or improve their quality of life in this phase of life. Our modern palliative station with six beds is a central part of this supply approach. A dedicated team of 16 employees is working together here in a multi-professional way to ensure a dignified and individual accompaniment of our patients. For the management and further development of this area, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic leadership personality that strengthens our multi-professional team professionally and humanly and actively shapes palliative care in our house.

You take over various leadership tasks for the Palliative Station, including the professional and personal responsibility for the care team You ensure smooth running with internal and external interfaces You are responsible for the analysis and continuous optimization of work and patient processes You ensure a holistic, sensitive, professional and patient-centric care and care You are involved in the implementation and continuous development of care concepts in our house by participating in various working groups and projects You implement operational (quality) standards under the current legal, medical, professional, hygienic and patient-oriented guidelines You document professionally in our comprehensive digital hospital information system

You have completed training as a nurse You can present a completed study in nursing or a further education to lead a station You have completed a Palliative Care course and/or have a training in oncology care Multiannual professional experience on a palliative station, in a hospice or a corresponding outpatient establishment, ideally with experience in a senior position, desired value A structured and targeted way of working as well as the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations You have a high social competence, are collaborative and team-ready and are happy to work independently You have the necessary sensitivity in dealing with patients and relatives
