Finance & Accounting staff (m/f/d)

Collection and booking of daily business incidents, including invoices, bank documents and cash. Management of debitor accounting (AR): monitoring of debitor accounts, follow-up of payments and support in dunning. Management of creditor accounting (AP): auditing of accounts, compiling of payment proposals lists and carrying out payment runs. Ensuring accuracy and timeliness both for customer requirements and for liabilities to suppliers. Processing of travel expenses according to company guidelines. Support for monthly and annual accounts, provision of data for controlling and implementation of general accounting tasks. Implementation of daily financial reports in Germany (e.g. sales tax pre-registrations and related compliance tasks).

Completed studies in the field of accounting, finance or comparable commercial training (e.g. tax specialist). At least 3 years of professional experience in financial accounting with sound knowledge in debitor and creditor accounting. Good knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB) as well as experience with sales tax predictions and daily financial reports. Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, DATEV or comparable) as well as very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel. Embossed analytical and organizational skills as well as high accuracy and detailed orientation. Ability to process multiple tasks in parallel, to comply with deadlines and to work both independently and in the team. Good knowledge of German and English.
