Multiannual professional experience in building materials trading, ideally in senior function Deep market knowledge, very good network in the industry Entrepreneurship with Hands-on-Mentality Embossed sales orientation and negotiation skills Experience in the successful leadership of teams and in optimising operational processes Communication strength, a sense of decision and a sense of responsibility

Total responsibility for the integration and further development of a joint venture with three operating locations, around 120 employees and approx. 500,000 t/a envelope Positioning and expansion of the company as a reliable partner for construction companies and other customer groups Optimization and further development of logistics processes and operational day-to-day business Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships and acquisition of new customers Leadership and development of employees and the design of efficient, sustainable structures Close cooperation with the management of the Lindhorst Group on the strategic development of the business unit
