Junior and/or Senior Transaction Lawyer (m/w/d)

Our consulting focuses include: Structured capital market products, in particular bonds, credit derivatives, bonds and repackaging products Emission platforms and bond issues (including Eurobonds, hybrid equity issues and convertible and exchange bonds) Advice on stock exchanges and capital increases securitisation of claims, asset-backed securities Sale and purchase of loan sports films settlement of capital market transaction (clearing and settlement) use of blockchain/Distributed-Ledger technology in the field of capital market transactions; Use and Implementation of Legal Tech Accompanying the ISDA and DRV documentation of derivatives contracts For more information, see linklaters.de.

As a Junior or Senior Transaction Lawyer (m/w/d), you are part of our Matter Optimisation Team and are firmly involved in the Capital Markets Practice Group in Frankfurt.

In addition to the real capital market law, its activities affect a variety of different legal areas, whether corporate law, tax law, investment law or real estate law, and therefore offers the opportunity to work together with a variety of outstanding international colleagues and, in addition to the application of your legal skills, to get to know always new complex, economic comprehension situations in practice.

a degree as an economic lawyer:in (Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Business Law or Master of Laws (LL.M.)) having successfully completed an above-average degree or a comparable foreign degree,

have knowledge of German and English, ideally with experience abroad,

Use MS Office applications safely,

entrepreneurial thinking, committed and flexible,

Interest in bringing your knowledge and strengths into capital market law.
