(Senior) Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

As a (Senior) Financial Accountant (m/w/d), you are responsible for the correct accounting as well as proper accounting and monitoring of business transactions in financial accounting. The analysis and preparation of (new, complex) topics as well as the advice of management and other areas of expertise within your area of responsibility also counts among your activities. You also support team management in the professional development of the team and the optimization of the processes in accounting. Other tasks include: Preparation, implementation and review of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS settlement and booking of interest and refinancing operations, including ABS transactions Creation of Federal Bank Reports, Reports after AWG/AWV and Reports to the Group Processing, booking and verification of provisions and limitations Implementation and further development of account analyses, monitoring of balance sheet accounts and coordination between SAP and the pre-systems (main and secondary books) Formulation of opinions on (new) balance sheet issues Answering requests from auditors, corporate revision, supervisory authorities and management and departments Compilation of evaluations and analyses and implementation and documentation of checks Implementation of new requirements in the areas of market and market success and participation in accounting projects Support of tests (test case conception, test implementation, test documentation) as part of IT release changes and project implementation

Completed economic studies and/or further education as balance sheet holder Multiannual experience in financial accounting, ideally from the financial sector and from an international corporate environment Good knowledge of accounting regulations according to HGB and IFRS Safe handling of MS Office products, especially Excel Good knowledge of ERP systems and accounting software, by SAP FI IT affinity, at best in connection with key user and test experience Own and conscientious operation with a high solution and service orientation Good communication skills and fun at work in the team Very good knowledge of German and English
