You manage, close and terminate maintenance and framework contracts for industrial plants, support the internal recipients in the event of problems with the performance/calculation position of the contractors and optimize the processes with our service providers. From the back office You support colleagues in the nationwide dialysis centers in ensuring the functionality and maintenance of our building equipment, clarifying questions about this topic and evaluating cost proposals. In addition to building and developing a key payment system, you design process and work instructions in the QM system. Your varied tasks include optimising the documentation processes in our CAFM system and data management. Definition of the interface and cooperation of the Construction/Industrial Protection Division. Evtl. Service trip to the respective centers nationwide.

You have a completed study with a focus on facility management/hospital operating technology or a degree as a technician/master (preferably in the field of HLK/electrification), with experience in a comparable position or young professionals with potential. You have experience in the control and operation of TGA facilities as well as in the technical building management, preferably of health facilities and have knowledge of legal and professional requirements in (VDMA, GEFMA, PrüfVO, BetrSichV, VDE). You are safe to use the current MS Office applications and have already gained initial experience with CAFM software. You work structured, independent and bring good communication skills and have fun at work. A team-oriented personality with enforcing strength and negotiation skills will distinguish you. You have a class B licence.
