Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

You support and advise our specialist departments at different Nidec locations competently in all legal issues with a clear focus on contract law. In an international and dynamic environment, you examine, design and negotiate independently complex, predominantly English-language contracts, in particular supply and service contracts, purchasing and framework agreements and general terms and conditions (AGB). The design of legally secure contract drafts as well as the creation of practical training materials on different legal topics is also part of your area of responsibility. In addition, ensure compliance with legal requirements in the company and actively accompany the operational implementation of new laws. An important part of your task lies in the precise assessment of legal opportunities and risks and the understandable communication of these facts to non-jurists.

You have successfully completed your studies in law as a full lawyer (m/w/d) or have completed your studies in business law with many years of relevant professional experience. Finding industry knowledge in the field of automotive or mechanical engineering is ideally already taking you along. In addition, well-founded knowledge in Polish trade and contract law is a big plus for this position. Complex legal and interdisciplinary issues can also be addressed to non-jurists at any time in a comprehensible and precise manner.
