In this position, you take the professional and organizational leadership of a team of employees Daily food preparation is your responsibility You plan menu and food plans, crawl, as required, menu/buffet suggestions and always have the cost and price calculation in mind In addition, you coordinate and organize the purchase of goods to ensure a demand-oriented supply For compliance and monitoring of all applicable hygiene policies, you are responsible The careful and complete documentation of all relevant documents completes your task profile

A successfully completed vocational training as a chef (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification forms the basis for this position Ideally, you have profound professional experience as well as first experiences in the management of employees Knowledge and practical experience in dealing with the HACCP guidelines A good understanding of figures helps you plan and control goods, costs and resources Teamwork is your heart and you convince by a safe occurrence WE BEEPS regulated working hours Monday - Friday 6.30 - 15.00 and 11.30 - 20.00 in 2 shifts, Saturday only early service, Sundays, holidays, bridge days free Working clothes are placed A pleasant working environment Family-friendly working conditions
