The Vet Relations team maintains and strengthens relations with veterinarians, veterinarians, breeders and other partners who are passionate about the welfare of our pets. You are indispensable multipliers for us – and we want them to recommend AGILA with conviction! Our goal is to continuously optimize the cooperation between traders and insurance: we develop and implement digital solutions, promote exchange with our partner companies, actively seek feedback and always keep the B2B2C market in mind – for strong and partnership-based cooperation.

Responsibility for leadership, further development and strategic orientation of the team Vet Relations Conception, implementation and testing of measures and products to increase the awareness of AGILA in veterinarians, breeders and other relevant multipliers Development, evaluation and piloting of new cooperation models with veterinarian practices, farms and other partners Active increase of AGILA's recommendation rate by veterinary practices and pet affinity companies Building and implementing a KPI-based success measurement that creates transparency and continuously optimizes the effectiveness of our activities

You already have first experience in building and managing, as well as developing a team with In brand marketing, you feel safe and have a good understanding of how awareness can be effectively increased in specific target groups Expertise in the development of results-oriented sales concepts in the B2B2C environment – ideally in the environment of veterinarians – distinguishes you You also have know-how in e-mail marketing and in the design of digital processes for potential analysis, development of a lead tunnel and conversion of leads to customers You have good knowledge of insurance, especially in the field of pet insurance Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
