The CoC GIF offers bilateral and syndicated (non-recourse) project financing for renewable energies and other "green infrastructures" as well as the entire range of corporate banking services for companies in the field of renewable energies.

Task:

As an impulse provider for the digital and sustainable development of the Center of Competence Green Infrastructure Finance, you will use your expertise to develop innovative, strategic and regulatory issues. The Business Development Team is integrated into the structuring department, making you very close to the dynamic and exciting future market of renewable technologies.

We aim to identify existing processes and systems as well as hidden potentials. The area represents a strategic focus area of the bank, which is why you can count on the full support of all stakeholders.

Together with your Business Development colleagues, you will perform a central interface function between various departments within the CoC GIF as well as adjacent departments and central rods in a variety of conceptual issues including the associated tools (e.g. cash flow / rating tool, product management, portfolio management, controlling, processes).

As part of the new business team, you can significantly support and drive the development of renewable technologies by making it possible to make informed decisions based on data from essential structuring and control tools. You are critically involved in the strategic and conceptual development.

Your tasks:

• Implementation of data analysis and modelling to support decision-making processes in the area of Green Infrastructure Project Finance
• Cooperation with Sparring partners to develop quantitative models as well as new approaches to rating, cash flow modeling, portfolio management, controlling and processes
• Create and maintain data models using MS Office products, especially Access and Excel
• Application of programming techniques to automate processes and conduct analyses, especially in VBA
• Implementation of quantitative analyses to assess investment opportunities and support management

Profile:

You have:

• A completed study of economics, economic informatics, economic mathematics, in quantitative finance, econometry or a related area with a quantitative focus
• Experience in consulting, asset management, banking or project development in the field of renewable energies
• Excellent skills with MS Office products, especially Access and Excel
• In-depth knowledge of VBA and SQL. Other programming languages are a plus
• A strong IT affinity and are versed in handling databases such as Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server and Cloud
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex data problems and to carry out quantitative analyses
• Team competence and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
