Projektmanager (m/w/d) – BORN & Mautner | Süd-Bayern (Great Munich and the surrounding area)

For the further development of our brands BORN and Mautner, we are looking for a high-sales personality as part of a pension succession from July 2027, which recognizes opportunities, consistently implements them and expands their area independently.

Regional responsibility You guide your area autonomously, plan tours efficiently and prioritize according to sales and potential criteria. Sales & Distribution Equipment You increase sales, listings and visibility on the POS – consistent and targeted. Customer management You develop existing customers and gain new markets with a clear benefit argument. Activation at POS You implement promotions, second placements and promotions effectively. Brand Representative Dance You're the face of our brands in the trade, making for a strong presence.

Commercial training / study or comparable experience Multiannual, resilient sales experience in the field service (LEH of advantage) Detectable successes in sales and distribution expansion Safe feeling for customer needs and negotiation situations Structured, independent and binding procedures Very good self-organization and prioritization MS-Office safe in use High self-initiative and final strength
