Teamleiter in der Fleischerei / Fleischer / Fleischfachtriebsr / Koch (m/w/d) in full time (39 h/week)

Your tasks

• You guide and coordinate our team, promote efficient work organization and support in daily work planning.
• You are responsible for the preparation and processing of meat and meat products and ensure the quality and freshness of our products.
• You ensure compliance with all hygiene standards and food regulations.
• As the first respondent, you are responsible for your team, assisting in the training of new employees and making a positive working atmosphere.
• You take care of inventory control and make sure that enough goods are available at any time

Your profile

• You have gathered several years of experience in meatmaking or in the food sector and have already gained first leadership experience and/or are a learned meater/cook.(m/w/d)
• Your high level of sense of responsibility and organizational talent characterize you.
• You can motivate your team, work solution-oriented and keep a clear head even in situations with a high work volume.
• A friendly and professional appearance is of course for you.
• You are reliable and bring a hands-on mentality.
• Your good German skills complete your profile.
