You support the team in the operational day-to-day business, e.g. in the collection of application documents In close exchange with the departments you are responsible for the formulation of job advertisements and publish them on various portals. During your internship, you will independently undertake the recruitment of trainees and students, for example by examining application documents and evaluating recruitment tests. You have the opportunity to participate in interviews and telephone interviews Depending on the interests and preferences, you will get insights into projects and other departments Last but not least, invoice processing and administrative tasks are included in your task

For your internship you will bring at least 3 months (ideally 6 months) time and enthusiasm for HR topics with You also want to take responsibility and proactively shape topics You convince by your strong communication strength and your organizational talent Your independent and structured way of working as well as your decision-making skills are yours You are enrolled in a study of economics, social sciences, (economic)psychology or comparable studies Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in recruiting Good knowledge in handling MS Office complete your profile
