Assessment of products (new & existing) with regard to your admissibility according to tax legislation, administrative and case law Active and personal accompaniment of customer talks as a specialist in tax and legal issues, including asset and corporate succession Explanation of the tax treatment of domestic and foreign investment and products by the bank to customers Transfer of the required legal knowledge to the product departments and customer service by information, including current court decisions, administrative instructions and legislative procedures Conception and implementation of presentations & training in tax law Accompanying cooperation talks on financial products Assessment of customer structures and customer transactions with regard to tax components e.g. DAC 6, FATCA, customer acceptance process Consultation of customers on issues of the establishment and management of non-profit foundations as well as the development of foundation foundation concepts taking into account the tax aspects

Successfully completed studies in business management or legal studies Examination of tax advisors Professional experience as a tax expert in banking, consulting or industry Comprehensive knowledge of financial products and investor structures with tax developments Good knowledge of all other financial products In-depth and inter-system knowledge of capital markets Very good analytical skills and rapid understanding Versified handling of MS Office Very good English skills in word and writing Embossed customer orientation as well as safe occurrence with strong communication capability Teamplayer
