Your task area

• Self-employed technical and legal application, performance, termination and stock management for direct insurance and pension fund insurance
• Personally responsible processing of incoming telephone calls for direct insurance and pension insurance
• Creation of individual and formatted correspondence
• Active telephone information
• General contract information

You

• have completed training to/from the merchant for insurance and finance
• can ideally provide knowledge in the field of bAV and other savings
• have good telephone/written communication skills
• are teamable and show self-initative and willingness to change
• have a high service and customer orientation
