Support for construction and project management in technical requirements and in the interface coordination between the structures Participation in cost calculation as well as preparation and testing of performance directories for the TGA Participation in subcontractor negotiations taking into account technical and economic criteria Control of performance on site to ensure quality standards and documentation of defects Accompanying the technical design up to the final acceptance and guarantee of the complete fulfilment of the technical requirements

Complete training with master testing or state-tested technicians in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning Knowledge of relevant technical regulations and standards (e.g. DIN, VDI, VOB) Experience in construction projects or in the project management of TGA plants Strong cost awareness and economic thinking Communication strength, team capacity and high self-responsibility Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation
