Specialist Order- and Contractmanagement / PMO IT-Operation (m/f/d)

As a Specialist Order and Contract Management / PMO IT operation in our Management & Governance group, you control the operational procurement and contract management and act as an interface between all relevant stakeholders. You take over the operational procurement and contract management for IT services and operational support, project-related external resources, operational management services and support services You control budget and cost management (e.g. support in budget planning, contract and budget controlling, monitoring of residual budgets, runtimes and consumption, and maintaining budget lists) You make the regulatory requirements secure, consult the DORA IT Operations Information Register and carry out risk assessments You are an interface manager and exchange closely with all relevant stakeholders You take central PMO tasks and ensure the creation and maintenance of internal process and documentation

You have a completed commercial training or equivalent qualification You have been successful in procurement or contract management for at least 5 years (focusing on IT services) You have already gained first experience in a regulated environment or as a PMO in the IT sector You convince by team spirit, communication strength and organizational skills
